1. Acceptance of Terms: By using SnapPlay, parents or legal guardians agree to these terms on behalf of their children.

2. In-App Purchases: We offer a Lifetime purchase and monthly subscriptions. All payments are handled by Apple. Subscriptions can be managed in your Apple ID settings.

3. Safety First: SnapPlay is a digital toy for pretend play. It is not a real financial tool or POS system.

4. Intellectual Property: All designs, icons, and "SnapPlay" branding belong to SOBE TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE, INC.

5. Limitation of Liability: SnapPlay is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any accidental purchases made without parental supervision.
